Despite the arguments of toning down political rhetoric after the shootings in Tucson, the Republicans first act as the majority in the House is to repeal the Health Care legislation. The official resolution is "to repeal the job-killing health care law." I'm all for toning it down, but do we really need to spend time on the official name of this resolution?
