The republican controlled House of Representatives is nearing a vote to repeal the Affordable Care Act, President Obama's signature domestic legislation. The Department of Health and Human Services argues that repealing this act would affect 130 million nonelderly citizens' would lose their coverage without the protection of the current legislation.
