Begin Civil Rights study and the role government played in some of the most historical pieces of legislation passed. We will focus today and Wednesday about the role slavery played in this country and how it relates to the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. You don't need to take notes, however, some of this information will be relevant to your first class project that will be assigned next Tuesday in class.
