In my opinion the biggest issue in the United States is the issue with Healthcare.People who cant afford it are the ones thet want the health care plan.Its not fair that people who work for the right to have Healthcare,have to pay the bill for those who just dont have the money to pay for service at a clinic or hospital.The government should not pass the law for universal healthcare becouse everyone should earn all rights and privlages given by the United States.Many paople may think this is mean or harsh but its the way it works.Healthcare is one of the many big issues that need to be resolved.
